Founder & CEO, Angelle Consulting
Claire Angelle is the Founder and CEO of Angelle Consulting, a boutique PR and consultancy firm founded in 2018 with extensive international experience working with government agencies, influencers and companies large and small.
This multiprong approach is very much linked to Claire’s background, which combines more than 15 years of experience in economic development, government relations, communications and philanthropy in North America, Europe and South America.
Prior to starting her own venture, Claire was Executive Director of Worth Cities – The Worth Group, a 27-year-old community of affluential and influential stakeholders leading with purpose. Claire was the operational and thought leader in charge of delivering comprehensive strategy, content and curated events for cities across the United States suffering from a recognition deficit.
Claire discovered the truth behind the saying ‘think global, act local’ in 2013, when she opened and led the Office of International Affairs for the city of Atlanta. During her four-year tenure, Claire contributed to $2.7 billion in economic output and to 10,000+ new jobs, and raised over $3 million of new funds to support international projects in the city of Atlanta. She also supported international film projects such as Taken 3, and helped establish key partnerships with international organizations including the World Economic Forum, the Clinton Foundation and others to support the creation of community-focused programs. In this endeavor, she rallied the support of many Global Fortune 500 Companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, Delta Air Lines, UPS and others.
Previous to working for the city of Atlanta, Claire worked for the Consulate General of France in Atlanta where she was in charge of public and media relations, communications, special events, and political analysis. She also worked in Belgium and Argentina, respectively in business development and exporting. She notably launched a large-scale Franco-American event centered on innovation with the support of key corporations and higher education institutions, which is still thriving a decade later.
Originally from Nantes, France, Claire graduated from the University of Nantes and holds a master’s degree in International Business and Trade. Claire is a certified global business professional (NASBITE INTERNATIONAL) and is a board member of the Operation Hope Global Forum Annual Meeting, the French Foreign Trade Advisors - U.S. Southeast and Alliance Française of Atlanta.
Claire lives in Atlanta with her Husband, John, and her son, Louis.
